Fred woke up to the sound of water running. He stood up and looked
around, water dripping from his clothes.
He was in some strange part of the cave, through which a small stream was running. His sword lay beside him. There was blood on it. What happened? Fred thought. There was a giant salamander... And then nothing. And whose blood is on my sword?
