Fred and Bethany and a naked idiot

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 28857

The naked man screamed as he ran across the McDonalds lobby. Bethany screamed as she realized the loon was coming for her.
Fred rose from his seat, gave a cry of his own and slammed a fist straight into the man's jaw.
The loon's feet went straight up. The gun flew sideways, landing in the fortunately empty kiddie area.
The crazy man's head hit the floor with a loud crack.
Bethany screamed in confusion.
Fred fainted from the pain of three busted fingers.

  1. Fred awakens three minutes later. His baseball buddies are sitting on the limbs of the crazy man...
  2. Cut to three weeks later as Fred is holding a press conference with ABC, NBC and CNN on how his insurance company refused to pay for his fingers because he attacked the crazy man.
  3. The crazy man gets back up.
