Bethany labored before ordering a side salad and a fish sandwich without mayo. Fred ordered two Big Macs with jumbo fries and drink. Bethany's arteries hardened just looking at his food. He was a very loud eater, too. Maybe, she thought, they would see a nice movie afterwards. Then they could cuddle up on her couch before the fireplace and enjoy each other's company. Just then a group of people walked into the restaurant.
