The Gold Chest activates a magical portal. Telepathically, the two know that it will lead the both of them to either Fred's home or Alicia's home. One or the other.

  1. They choose Fred's place. Snow covered the battlements.
  2. They choose Alicia's home. A thick rain was falling.
  3. The portal became corrupted on evil magic and stranded them on an island filled with other strandees.
