Down The Stairs

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 28572

Betty, The Master and The Doctor went down the stairs. Eventually. As before, it was strangely inaccessible. The doctor almost got his shoelaces tangled in the railing somehow, which was quite a feat as he had been wearing Velcro (an invention of his second form) when he had left the Tardis.
Anywho, down they went. Soon they came to a fish platter and fries sitting on the circling stairs.
"The fish platter..." breathed the Doctor. "This was an object of worship on the planet Omicron Lots Forty Four!"
The Master gasped audibly. "I heard about that. It was the only planet in all of time and space ever to erase itself from all known reality."
"If it was erased, how do we know about it?" said Betty.
"I found a book on the Tardis during my first form. It was traded to the Rogue Librarians for the lives of some traveling companions then. It entered the Dark Lore of the Unknown officially in 3001 in the location of what I believe Earth people call 'The Las Vegas Strip'."
"Do we touch the fish platter?" asked Betty.
"Certainly not!" said the two others. Just then, Josh Burbank raced from below.
Josh...

  1. attacked the platter with both fists.
  2. calmly ate the food.
  3. cried and wet himself.
  4. was shot with a stun blast by The Doctor.
  5. was stabbed from behind by Scott Chen.
  6. turned into a flying platypus and flew away.
  7. threw fries at the trio.
  8. learned Esperanto by pure willpower. Well, most of it.
  9. reminded The Doctor of the time he and Josh traveled to a mining colony on Uranus to deliver vital medicines. Oddly, The Doctor had forgotten.
  10. carefully shoved a fry up his left nostril.
