"Hey, kid, move along or I will move you along." "Great,"Josh thought. "It's a cop!" Indeed it was. The policeman in Siloon wore a uniform of a white shirt with two oversized pockets, short pants, with a pair of white gloves, an oversized cork helmet, and ratan cane. The officer pulled a small notebook and pen from his one of his pockets, and started writing. "What are you doing?" Josh asked. "I am writing you up. You are under arrest for a suspected violation of article 42, section 6, subsection A of the Siloon Uniform Code of Laws - Loitering with Intent on a Public Street." "Intent to do what?" The policeman whispered in Josh's ear. "But that was exactly what I was looking for! I was told this was readily available in Siloon." "Oh, you are a tourist. Siloon does not offer this on the public streets. One has to go into a back alley to find that." "I was never informed. Sorry. What happens when one is written up?" "It goes on your permanent record." "Oh, I see. Am I going to jail?"
