The Never Ending Quest - Episode 28137

Ilana steered me over to the rectangular books-for-sale section. It was oddly small, for such a great and wonderful library, but it had tall oak shelves and was out of the way.
"E.B..." she said through clenched teeth. "I'm not sure how to tell you this..."
"Start from the beginning," I said. "Then go to the end and stop. Or something. That's what Mark from Classics always says."
"Oooh..."
Then she took a deep breath and told me.

  1. "You're being transfered to take over out Xelian branch. It's far away. You won't see us for yeaaars." Then she burst into tears.
  2. "Your parents have been kidnapped."
  3. "I'm...pregnant."
  4. "You're pregnant."
  5. "My sister has a stalker and I don't know what to do."
  6. "There's a bomb in the building and we need to get everyone out."
  7. "The vault doors are gone and the dangerous books are loose in the library."
