"What?" Fred realized he had been too flabbergasted by the sight of the small yellow plastic sword Bert pulled out of his bag, to listen to what the old man was saying.

"This noble yellow sword token!" Bert yellowed.... yelled, waving said object over his head. "It gives free admission for two to the new theme park. Are you coming or not?"

Inside he paused briefly to sip the complimentary grog he had been given at the gate (They called it grog, but it tasted so weakly they must even have diluted the water before thinning the rum with it. Or maybe it was alcohol free...) while watching the amateurish swashbucklers and deciding that was another thing he would rather be paid for than paying for.

Strolling down to the pier, which made a passable attempt at looking like the hull of a sailing ship, they had a look at the other things people were supposed to pay for enjoying. Walking The Plank didn't look so bad assuming you knew how to swim, but Fred was a bit more sceptical about Keelhauling - at first he wasn't even sure if people were paying to be keelhauled or for keelhauling someone else. Both these activities came with a SCUBA option that cost extra, but Fred had had some bad experiences with the So Called Underwater Breathing Ability spell in his youth, and didn't really trust his lungs with anything but air.

After pondering his options for a while, Fred decided to...

1. get keelhauled.
2. keelhaul Bert.
3. Walk the Plank.
4. make Bert do it.
5. go looking for some less watery grog.
6. give some of the swashbucklers a couple of hints.
7. find out what the staff thinks pirates are supposed to eat.
8. toss a coin in the Wishing Well and wish that he'll never have to come back here.
9. toss a coin in the pond and see if someone dives for it.
10. go looking for other attractions.
