She followed Wu into a back room that served as a kitchen, where he busied himself with preparing the meal whilst she sat at a table. "One thing's puzzling me," she said. "Well, quite a lot, actually, but one in particular. I can see how it might have been arranged that Fred and I should come to Corona, but how could you possibly know that we would come into your laundry?"

"Where else you gonna come when Allarian throw up over you in alley?"

"But how could...? Oh, never mind!" Astra decided that she was wasting her time trying to get an explanation out of Wu. Perhaps things would become clearer when she and Fred met this Supreme Council of Order. Meanwhile the - what was it Wu had called it? Ah yes, "sweet sour pork" - was starting to smell very, very good.

When they had finished what Astra found a very enjoyable meal, which had made her feel much more favorably disposed towards Wu, they went back into the laundry room to wake Fred.
