Belboz explains that sending people to other places is a complicated spell and that there is about a 50% chance that Fred will be sent to an UNhappy place. He also explains that if the wand shot out green light, the spell worked. Fred will be sent to a happy place! But if the wand shoots out red light, Belboz did the spell wrong and Fred will be sent to an UNhappy place. Fred takes the risk and since you picked the last option, The spell went wrong. Now back to The Never Ending Story.
