Fred emerges eight years later. All male friends were now bald and his female friends either pregnant or bald (wait, what?). And the music kids listened to these days was annoying and loud.

  1. Fred acclimates.
  2. Fred decides to go further into the future, eight years at a time, until societal fashions 'revert' back to what he was used to.
  3. Fred needs to pee but unfotunately bathroom technology has undergone a reneaissance.
