This Janeway Person

Lord Fred didn't full hear what the person had said and chose to be this Janeway person.

He found himself standing on a chair. In front of him was a wide screen showing stars in deep space. There was a seat and a panel with strange lights on it in front of the screen. The room had many levels and blinking panels lighting the walls. Two alcoves and more doors were behind her. To the right was a third alcove with two people in it. There was a black woman with forehead ridges struggling to rip a knife from the hand of an insanely thin human with purple clothing.

"Captain!" shouted the ridged woman. "Help me!"
Lord Fred jumped down off the seat to make sure neither of these strangers killed each other. He noticed something bouncing. He...he had breasts! This Janeway person was a woman!

No time to concetrate on that now. One of the combatants was about to kill the other. Lord Fred strode up and threw the skinny human halfway across the room.
"Thanks, Captain." said the ridged woman. "Now...now let's get out of here. You'll need to take the conn."
"Uh oh." thought Lord Fred. "What's the conn?"

1. Lord Fred tells the ridged woman who he really is.
2. Lord Fred is knocked out by the skinny human.
