Fred looks down at his newly restored human form and feels like laughing and crying at the same time. The demi-fox simply hands him a bathrobe (conjured up like the little guy conjured up his own clothing?) and stands back, and Fred realizes....he's buck naked!

He nearly jumps out of his skin in fright as a roar echoes throughout the cavern. He turns around and looks up....and UP at a crimson dragonness, who is openly weeping in joy as she stares down at her newly restored body. Both pause when one sees the other, because though they've regained their rightful form.....the effects of Eye meets Eye.....is stil very much in effect.

"We....have a problem," Malachi begins, but pauses as Fred holds up a hand to forstall what Malachi is going to say. Because, Fred knows this dragon lady....he knows her. He knows that at the end of her speach about how this relationship can't work if each is of a different species (because past attempts at such things....for similar species have ALWAYS failed due to....differences in lifespan if nothing else), the noble dragonness will give up her dragon form to live out her life as a human....to be with Fred.

However, Fred knows what he could....should do.

"Malachi," Fred begins...and then coughs. "Could you...er....change me into....a dragon?

Malachi's mouth actually drops open in surprise, because the thought of a Dragon Slayer actually wanting to become one of the creatures he was trained....was born to fight and kill was.....unexpected to her.

"It isn't right that I should demand that you give up your rightful form," murmurs Fred, moving closer to the dragonness. "Such a relationship that we've developed.....should not involve just ONE side making sacrifices. And, to be honest, though I'm....nervous as anything....I want to be with you for all the years that being....a dragon affords me! Besides, who says that I can't help the Kingdom....my Allaria if we ever get back home....as a dragon?!"

Malachi smiles, and is again amazed at....what she's found in this young man. She make a command to the Crystallic and.....

Fred suddenly feels things changing.

He feels things grow and shift, sense and connection that he had NEVER known before awaken! His bathrobe shred and falls away as the changes progress rapidly. His legs twist and change....growing longer and twisting into the powerful form of a dragon. His feet elongated and expand....sprouting wicked claws that scrap gouges into the caverns dirt floors beneath him! His arms ripple and grow as muscles sprout and grow beneath his rapidly changing skin. Chords of draconian muscles ripple beneath what are now forelegs (with large human like hand/clawed feet). Fingernails darken and form claws, and fingers and hands grow to the size befitting a wyrm (which are a tad bigger than a man is tall). Fred feels his spine lengthen and sprout a long, glorious tail! Wings break through his skin and grow to their full glorious wingspan of two hundred feet (on par with Malachi....for all wyrms are BIG creatures....and this is a BIG cavern, folks). Chest and stomach expand and innards gurgle as they shift and grow into that of the dragon he was becoming. Face push forward into a muzzle and teeth sprout and sharpen. Eyes shift from brown to vivid gold, then grow slit pupiled. Neck elongate and grows to a long....snakelike length. Horns on head and back sprout from head to tail tip. Ears that were always good looking...for ears...shift and change to the batlike ears of a dragon. And....several other impressive changes go about, not limited to the shiny coat of silvery scales that now grace Fred's impressive (and handsome....in a draconian way) body. Fred was now, quiet frankly, what Malachi had alway dreamed of....in her wildest romantic dreams.

A momment of amazement and....awe fills Fred's already stunned mind as two things happen. He feels the Bond form between himself and his....mate's Hoard and himself (usually, the Bond would have formed between both dragon's Hoards....but Fred didn't have a Hoard....yet).

"Impreesssive!" Sigin whistles, admiring the stunning beast before him. Indeed, even the mundane vixen seemed, awed by Fred!

"Now," Malachi murmurs after checking over (and lingering) a few areas. "Concentrate on being human, and....."

Fred suddenly found himself human again (and wearing the same outfit he had been wearing before this whole mess had started!!), or at least he LOOKED human. He could FEEL things that he never had before as a human, so......

"Thanks," whispers Fred, at a loss for words.

Malachi resumes her human shape, that of a plane looking woman (but to Fred's eyes looked more desirable than any woman he had laid eyes upon before....for it was his mate he saw in there!)

"I'll give you pointers on the finer points of being a dragon," murmurs Malachi softly. "The ways of magic, flight, and....other things.

"Then sometimes between now and then.....we actually perform the marriage vows," Malachi says. "Your faith, of course, since you....chose my race's form over your own. I think I know of an old priest who'll not ask....to many prying questions."
