The mysterious stranger kills Fred

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 25100

Fred's body is dumped in an underground river. It bounces around for about twenty minutes, falls over a waterfall, gets stuck in an undertow for half a day, shoots out through a hole in the mountain, lands in an entirely different river all together, then washes ahore in a small wooden clearing.
Fred's spirit is now stuck -in- the clearing. His traumatizing death means his ghost will stick around until his body is buried.
And...

  1. fortunately this happens in a few days.
  2. nobody comes by for months. Fred builds a friendship with a local tribe of foxes.
  3. a couple more bodies wash ashore in the clearing. Fred gets dead friends.
