Fred's legs hurt from sitting on the wastebasket and he knows that watching this, whatever it is, is not in his internship contract. He tells Dilbert: "I need to use the men's room" and promptly gets up. He is going to tell some higher up about Dilbert's behavior.

Dilbert replies: "human resources has a rule about using not using the men's room except on scheduled breaks."
