The Demon-Kitten Terror

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 24489

Where for years the people of Fred's world had known only hardship and despair under his tyrannical rulership, they now experienced a new kind of Hell.

Kitten Hell.

With their furry little bodies and their cutesy-wootesy little pink and black paddy-paws and their adorable whiskers and their teensy-weensy noses, and their rather incongrous blood-stained goat's horns, the demon kittens wasted no time in inflicting their own special brand of terror on the unfortunate folk of this new world.

The kittens had many pleasures - eating (the flesh of virgins); sleeping (in the entrails of the newly-dead); exploring (in a bad, surgical way). But most of all they liked to play.

And when they wanted to play, the humans were forced to play with them.

Some were forced to flee in horror as they were pursued downhill by giant balls of wool.

Or was it barbed wire? Same difference.

Others were forced to don mouse-costumes and flee for their very lives before a horde of kittens, each of which bore after their prey while filling the air with high-pitched mewing sounds that just made you want to hug them and hug them.

Within a few weeks, the entire world have fallen into the thrall of these evil diddums.

Or not quite. For there was one place that remained free from the kitten menace, one solitary beacon of hope were men and women could live in peace without fear of being thrown into a pit smeared in tuna and torn to pieces by the tiny, tiny little claws of a thousand princes of Hell.

That place was

  1. The island of the Dog-Saints
  2. The kingdom of mice. These guys had millenia of experience dealing with this kind of threat
  3. Trenton, NJ
