Fred stumbles backward into a previously unseen tunnel. The dog follows.
It is a huge horse of a dog, it's shoulders at Fred's knee. It has a
large, smiling box of a head, with floppy, droopy jowls and wide,
expressive eyes. It...he...was jet black, except for a small white patch
on the tip of his tail. Fred sees a small black tag on a black collar. The nametag read 'George'. "Hi, George!" Fred said. The dog panted and wagged his tail. Fred patted his head. "You're coming with me, George?" George wuffed softly and went on down the tunnel.
