Belboz states that in order to destroy a dragon, you must freeze it's
head, then shatter it just to be sure. He also states the difficulty of
such a task, since the dragon is not likely to sit still for very long.
He also emphasizes on how difficult it would be to freeze something that
large. However, he states that he could enchant Lord Fred's sword so it
can shoot ice, and that he would be doing him a great favor by killing
the dragon, as he has been giving Belboz quite a hassle for some time
now. Lord Fred agrees, and in a few hours, his sword is enchanted. He
is ready to take on the dragon! If only... he could... uh...
