Coral Dexter

A right-gilled shark always leans toward the right, thinks Skura. Since Skura is right-gilled, she heads toward the breach leading to a cave on her right.

A warm current flows from the coral. Skura continues on inside. Strangely, it does not get darker as Skura continues on inside the cave.

Some distance into the cave, Skura comes to a fork. From one direction there is a trail of bubbles, but it gets darker down that end. From the other end it seems to be getting even brighter still.

Skura decides to...

1. follow the bubbles.
2. head toward the light.
