Astra decides resistance is futile, and the missionaries don't seem very
willing to put up a fight either. Within a matter of minutes every soul on
the ship is soaring high in the sky, grappled by the talons of a harpy.
The same bird they had first encountered, it being the largest of the
flock (or whatever the hell you
call a grouping of harpies), carries both Astra and Captain Mountebank. Mountebank isn't faring well in the wake of all of this. He weeps with abandon at the loss of his ship. "So who is the Mountain King?" Astra asks in an attempt to engage the harpy in casual conversation."He is the King of the Mountain," caws the harpy in reply. "Oh, I see. And what does he want of us?""You will see." "So is he the 'Evil King of the Mountain' or the 'King of the Evil Mountain?'""He is the evil Mountain King." "So...""No more questions." Astra heeds the harpy's commandment, seeing as her life is in it's hands (or rather, talons).
