proficient with magic,"
says Fred. "I would have thought everyone would have known." "I've gone
to considerable lengths to keep it secret," says Exotica. "It can be
dangerous to have
people know you're a witch. I've no particular desire to burn at the
stake."
Exotica casts the shrinking spell on Astra.
