Fred recites the doggerel, inserting Astra's name. ... "Well? Did it work?" Checkers asks, looking on eagerly. "I dunno," he replies with a shrug. "My leg still itches, that's for sure.""Well don't scratch it!" "But it itches!" Fred moans in protest, pulling at his hair in his anguish. "I doubt some common witchery would have any effect over the Princess's soul...""You'd be surprise what so-called 'common witchery' can do," she vehemently insists. "You must let the chigger suck your rich life-giving blood for the time being...it could very well be Astra..." "Well who went and crowned you Queen of the Quest!?" Fred snarls. "You're not my mommy! You can't tell me what to do! You're not my mom! I don't have to do what you say! You're not the boss of me!""Don't you scratch it, Fred..." "I'll scratch it if I want to...""You better not..." "I'M GONNA!""Don't you do it!"
