The Executive And Fred

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 22757

Fred meets with the executive in a small conference room off the main office. It is done in a cherry walnut finish. The green and blue carpet (a blend) goes halfway up the wall. Several paintings, mostly landscape scenes, line three walls. The fourth wall is all glass, tilted out at an angle so the ceiling has more footage then the floor.
It overlooks the smelting founderies where many of the horsehoes are made. And not coincedentally, it overlooks the women's showers.
But Fred is a gentlemen and doesn't look for more then thirty seconds.
"NOW!" he cries and launches into his crazy person spiel.
The executive listens for some time.

  1. He becomes convinced by Fred's tirade.
  2. He bribes Fred into shutting up.
  3. The constant assault of heat from the foundries, as they are started anew every day, explodes the glass like bombs.
