Well, it seemed as if the sun turned off. Fred's enhanced senses quickly
ascertained that it was an eclipe. The moon was temporarily in front of
the sun. Fred turned to Alicia. She was leaning against a thatched wall, muttering to herself. "Alicia?" he said. A beat passed, then she looked up. "Dammit all, I was afraid something like this would happen!" "Like what?" "Josie, Jermiah and Tristan all have reported various incidents where time has skipped forward a bit. Josie woke for breakfast at the diner but it was lunch by the time she got there. Jermia was thought lost for an hour but he reported he had just been in the bathroom. Tristan's lunch hour apparently took place inside three minutes last week. Now come on! We have to get to the observatory." Alicia went past on Fred's left and veered toward's a small round building with black roof. Fred turned follow when he heard a soft whisper. Did someone just say his name?
