Unfortunately this was a freshly buxom babe, having gone to the Magical Surgery Parlor (a subsidary of Dragon Ltd.)
She was still unstable and fell chest-first into Fred.
"Whoa!" said the elderly secretary. The coffee cup fell to the floor but didn't shatter as Dragon Ltd. made high quality cups. The coffee itself ruined a list of addresses of good nursing homes. The secretary's mother would now be doomed to a bad one, where the nurses smoke and the doctor's smell like pee.
But back to Fred.

  1. Fred helps the woman to her feet.
  2. Fred does a naughty thing with his hands.
  3. Fred and the woman fall through a trapdoor in the floor that only the dragon knew about.
