"No, I should apologise," Andrea said, remembering her manners. "You've been very helpful. So how do I find this side entrance?"

"Carry on up this passage, and then take the second side tunnel on the left. That will take you straight there."

"Thank you," Andrea said. "Goodbye."

"Goodbye."

When she had gone, the monster said:
