The Never Ending Quest - Episode 21518

Neither option seemed attractive to Wincerind, but following Irena seemed somewhat better. After all, there was nothing in the cave which could be useful to him. He had made sure that the mines were empty of anything useful. And he was fairly sure that he had enough provisions to survive the desert, as he had brought a considerable food supply to "help" Frederigo on his quest to slay the "Dragon."

Still, he didn't like this at all. He did not want to enter into a situation he was not in control of. Nevertheless, he set out in the direction the armies had taken Irena.

  1. He reached the Archetype, being careful not to be seen.
  2. He was captured by the Archetype's soldiers shortly after Frederigo and Irena were led away.
  3. He became lost in the desert.
  4. Hours later and miles away, Fred and Irena...
  5. ...the mantis...
