Astra Trapped

She was in a featureless cell carved out of the rock. It was a perfect cube in shape, ten foot to a side. All it contained was the pile of hay and some shards of stone produced when she fell through. She saw Fred and Velus's faces looking anxiously down at her through the hole in the middle of the ceiling.

"Are you all right, Astra?" Fred asked.

"I'm fine, but unless you can find me a ladder there's no way to get out of here."

1. "There was one in that storeroom that we passed through just now. I'll go back and get it."
2. "I think Velus and I will have to leave you here for now, then. We'll come back when we've killed the dragon."
3. "There's no escape for any of you," a deep voice said from behind Fred and Velus. It was the dragon!
