Astra's Insane Attack On The Castle

Fred runs like buggery as Astra ventures into the castle. Velus follows,
knowing that a dog stood even less of a chance of surviving. Sounds of
chaos and screams and agony followed them as they ran pell-mell down the
Great Road. Velus and Fred ended up hiding in the basement of the local scroll-book library. It was actually quite nice. Smooth stone floors, well polished support beams and smooth brick. No spider-webs or bugs. Mirrors placed in front of the high windows deflected light from wearing away books. Thus, the entire basement was mostly bright and shiny. Fred read 'Conanne The Barbarian' to pass the time. Velus ate a bag lunch some employee left behind. (Fred unwrapped it for him). A couple hours pass. The two venture out to get the lay of the land.
