Just where the light that came in through the ruined doors faded to the
point where it became difficult to see much, something shiny reflected
what little light there was back to Andrea's eyes. Intrigued, she ventured
into the hall to investigate.
But as she advanced, the thing seemed to move away from her so that it maintained the twenty foot gap between them. And the further she went, the less light there was, though oddly enough the object still seemed to glint as brightly as before.
