The Never Ending Quest - Episode 21175

Fred was now a centaur, of sorts. Instead of his horse half being typical horse, it was now black with white stripes. Or was it white with black stripes?
Irena now had pointed ears and stronger muscles. She didn't smell like an elf (Fred was suprised to find he had enhanced senses) but she still quicker, stronger and more logical. They had a moment before being led off and his companion whispered that she didn't feel anything like an elf and since they valued the sharing of knowledge, everyone knew what benefits elves enjoyed.
Fred trotted along, still held by the golems (and it was still uncomfortable). He asked the head guard, a smaller, silver type, why they had been changed. Oddly enough, he got a decent answer. The forms they were in were more resistant to magical change, unlike their previous forms. Here, in this realm, they had to stay put until things got sorted out and it wouldn't do to have them turn into a monkey or an amobea. (Whatever an amobea was). The Arechetype could change them back to their original forms when it became time to.
They trotted on. Fred invited his companion to ride on his back, since she was so over-tired from recent exertions. Fortunately, again, the golems allowed this. Maybe sticking so close to the ever-refining Archetype caused them to evolve better logic centers.

  1. They came to the prisoner section.
  2. Fred realized his wang was in full view and became emberassed.
  3. Irena fell asleep as they walked. Fred realized he did have a bit of centaur magic, which allowed him to keep any riders from falling off if he so wished.
  4. The prisoners are revolting! Plus, they are rebelling.
