Deep Freeze

Lord Fred finishes the scroll by shouting out his random guess, "qacfhnmk!" Just at that moment, a cold wind swept through the cave. Fred felt instantly chilled to the bone. He turned to Belboz to see if he might know what went wrong and was surprised to see that a layer of frost had collected upon the Necromancer's body. He seemed to be struggling to say something, but no sound was coming out.

Lord Fred noticed that he too was now surrounded by a layer of frost. He also was aware of an inability to move any part of his body. A moment later, Lord Fred blacked out.

Lord Fred and Belboz are both now encased within frozen blocks of ice. When they will be freed from the dilemma, only time will tell...

1. A few days later both Lord Fred and Belboz thaw out at the same time.
2. A few days later, Lord Fred thaws out, but Belboz is still frozen.
3. A few days later, Belboz thaws out, but Lord Fred is still frozen.
4. A few days later, Lord Fred thaws out, but he finds himself in a new location and Belboz is nowhere to be seen.
5. Lord Fred wakes up much, much later in modern times and is surrounded by things he doesn't recognize and people who are behaving strangely.
