Dragonslayers Nowadays Aren't a Patch on What They Used To Be

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 19602

As Fred cried and the princess screamed in pain, the dragon - magically watching events from afar - sighed in annoyance. What an incompetent fellow this knight was! And now he was not even attempting to bandage the wound, but was just standing there crying. The princess had stopped screaming now, and had slumped unconscious, only the chain on her undamaged wrist holding her upright. Well, he - the dragon - would have to intervene. He could not let his prisoner, the Princess Astra, bleed to death. She would be of no use to him then.

A quick spell and:

  1. The princess's hand was restored.
  2. A metal prosthetic hand appeared at the end of the princess's arm.
  3. The gaping wound instantly healed. The princess would have to learn to manage with only one hand, though.
  4. The Dragon mistakenly kills the princess using the spell "Remote Death-curse" instead of "Remote Heal."
