Betty Visits the Caverns

Though Betty had been with Fred more recently than with Astra, perhaps
getting her to the purple
void was just too difficult for whatever power handled these matters.
Betty found herself in a location that she thought that
she recognised from her reading of the addventure. It was the long-
abandoned marketplace
deep within the caverns. Astra was just disappearing down a tunnel,
perhaps the one
described in episode 2009. She had her dagger in her hand, ready for any
danger that
might present itself.
Betty had no choice but to follow Astra. She hoped that the princess would not spend too long underground. She would much rather be outside in the sunshine - or even in the rain, come to that - than in these gloomy, dank caves. She also wondered what what happen to her should Astra encounter the dragon and be killed by it. Would she be stuck in this reality? Would she be dragged off to join Fred, wherever he might be? Or would she be returned to her own time? Astra, walking a few yards ahead of Berry, rounded a corner, and then Betty heard her gasp. Betty hurried forward, curious to see what had prompted Astra's exclamation.
