King Emry Exultaine stood in the palace courtyard, overseeing the company
of soldiers that had been rallied in less than an hour. The "Troupes
Divina" was Allarias most elite fighting corps. These soldiers had pledged
their whole life to the art of war and answered directly to the king. Their
name was held in respect by even the most bitter of Allarias enemies. Now they would ride out led by their King. Less than two hours earlier Emry had received a report by pigeon from one of his agents. According to the report Duke Zular was terrified over some kind of peasant uprising. Right now his only link to the creature was the knight, and he had found out in Mudspot that he had been arrested by allarian soldiers. Thus he headed to Allarias capitol and the kings palace. Somehow he would get his back at that little monster. Somewhere in the foothills of the Shrecken Cedrik sat by a campfire. He didn't know how his conniving brother had found out that he was back, but he had no reason to doubt Astra about his pursuers. It was now two days since he last saw Aqualarias princess, when she had left him to scout the enemy. Cedrik feared that she had been captured and now he had no choice but to continue west on his own. He had had some friends in Allarias neighbour kingdoms before he was imprisoned in the southern caves. Hopefully he could get some help there to retake his throne. Now:
