The stranger whispered to Charmina that the form she now inhabited would enable her to act as an agent and gain access to places where her old form would not be admitted.
Rather dubious, but at least accepting that it was a plausible explanation, Charmina give the stranger a gentle kiss on the cheek, and then returned to the bar to get him a pint of ale.
