The Never Ending Quest - Episode 16868

In Bert's place there was a dog, and Fred surmised that must have been what he looked like. Either Bert had made a mistake, or the only way that Bert could have helped him was to have the spell transferred to himself. Fred assumed the former, knowing full well what Bert was like.

But Fred thought he'd give Bert the benefit of the doubt.

Using the "Yes", "No" system [188] Fred tried to communicate with him.

"Did something go wrong Bert?" he asked.

Bert barked negative. Fred looked surprised. But before he could say anything...

  1. He turned into a dog again, and Bert returned to normal. Apparently the spell Bert cast had a very short life.
  2. He turned into a dog again, but Bert remained a dog.
  3. Sir Josh appeared.
