Time keeps on slipping into the future....

They are all too aware that time is ticking away.

"Oh, what now!?" Fred the Pixie mutters in exasperation.

The fairy tries yet again to use his new sense to feel which way the target is. Every time before he at least had a vague feeling which way the Unseelie accursed had been. It went hand in hand with his present condition. In fact, they had (after finding some discarded footwear and a few other articles of clothing) been hot on the trail during the first few minutes...only to find nothing but a few discarded sandwiches and nicknacks. Whatever had happened appeared to be rather recent. No signs of mayhem or bloodletting....just the remains of a picnic?

Fred's wings quiver in frustration as he turns to the others. The trail was cold.....and he feard what he might have to do next. The last time he tried this trick....

"Nothing?" Andrea asks, looking down at the fairy in sympathy.

"'Tis nothing I feel," Fred says. "Let me look at those shoes."

Andrea blinks in worry as the pixie's eyes flash briefly from relatively normal blue eyes to slit eyed green cat like eyes.

"Uh...hold off on that," she says, worried.

That last episode was worrisome enough.

"Let me try a few of my senses," she adds, suddely having an idea.

"What could.....oh." the pixie asks, then blinks when he sees that Andrea had shifted to her full fox form and began sniffing around the area.

The demifox mage sniffs around seems to pause for a moment, lingering over one spot or another....only to move onto a spot with some flattened grass like vegetation (grass like....for the adventurers could see some decided non-Terrestrial like features on this stuff).

She then shifts back into her most human like form and then turns to look back at the others who await her.

"We may have a.....problem," she says in a small voice. "The search may have gotten....more complex than before....like off planet. Only that if we luck out....."

She had smelled their query as well as a few other things. Things like a male and a female elf (who's scent seemed to shift into....something a bit different as she followed it about). Things like one marvelous item....who happened to belong to a friend.

While not exactly like their friends, the demifox recognized the smell of a TARDIS when she smelled it with her vixen nose...

While it was subtle, this smell, and able to fool animals.....she was something a bit more than a mere animal....

1. Meanwhile, back on Terra Prime, Dr. Vincent has just looked over (magically speaking) the stll unconsious and bound Unseelie Fred....
