The Never Ending Quest - Episode 16536

"KILL, KILL, KILL!!!" screams your body as it lunges at the Doctor. You,
unfortunatley, can only watch as the caged animal that you now are. In
that instant a melancholic euphoria sweeps over your very being. The
meaning of life, its varied layers and textures, seems to encompass you,
envelop you, soothe you in an epiphany of Truth. You suddenly "get it",
everything... why your father left you and Mom at age six, why Missy
Cranston kept running away from you in the school cafeteria, the purpose
of the scarecrow outside your bedroom window... everything.
And then someone slammed into your cage and the epiphany vanished as dew on a summer's morn. "Hey!" you shout. "Quit that!" Of course, all anyone heard from you was the mewling noises of a startled and crazed bunny. Your cage was rattled again as yet another human body shoved into it. You fall and hit the ground hard. Though dazed you realize that the hinges that held the door shut have now sprung wide open! You run out (actually hop as the case may be) and scamper out of the way of some very large feet! This way and that you dodge and rush, swirl and kick. You seem to be in a dance with death, a rumba with giants. And then you hear a THUMP and see the body of the Doctor laying on the floor, blood trickling from his now inert mouth. You also see your own body laying five feet away, eyes closed and a nasty bruise on your body's forehead. Standing, you see the girl.
