Blame the Old Man
The Never Ending Quest - Episode 1623

Fred can't tell where the footsteps are coming from. It sounds like there
are many armed guards coming right this way! Fred, being unarmed, would be
no match for a bunch of armed guards. Suddenly an idea dawns in Fred's
mind. He could shove out the old man into the hallway, and the guards would
think he made all of the noise. Fred could even pretend to be passed out
and they wouldn't even suspect him.
Fred hurries back into his cell. He grabs the old man and flings him out into the hallway. Fred curls back into the position where he found himself and begins to feign sleep. The footsteps are nearly upon them... Fred hears the guards converge upon the old man. One says, "How in the hell did he get out? Tyrone, did you forget to lock another door?" Another responds in a nervous voice, "No my Lord. That door was quite securely locked and latched when I left. I checked it myself." "Then how did this man get out? He's not strong enough to open it by himself." A third voice comes in, "Enough! Let's just get this guy back in here and be on our way. We can worry about how he got out later." Fred hears the guards picking up the old man. They carry him back into the cell and drop him down. One of the guards looks at Lord Fred and says...
