Feeling Husky

...Two mismatched eyes are staring back. However, the fact that Lord Fred now has one ice blue eye and one emerald green eye is nothing compared to the shaggy face and cold wet nose that share the same space as those eyes. Yet despite the surprising chages, Lord Fred's large Husky body feels entirely natural, and walking on all fours so comfortable that he didn't notice he was doing it when he walked to the mirror.

"Velus! Was that -"

"Yes," Velus replied, cutting off Lord Fred. "I drank from the same vial. I was trying to warn you, but..."

"Never mind now," says Lord Fred, his tongue hanging out his muzzle as he pants to stay cool under his fur coat. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Lord Fred's clothing has vanished, perhaps transformed to be part of his new canine body. "Wait - are we... talking?"

Velus cocked his head attentively. "I guess so. I'm speaking the same way I did before when you tried to figure out what 'Yes' and 'No' meant."

Lord Fred shook his head. "You were just barking then. It seems that we understand each other now, though. Well? What next?"

Lord Fred can't see the top of the table while he's on all fours, but the smell of the 'Eat Me' cake drifts towards his sensitive nostrils. "Hey, Velus - I'm hungry. What say I knock that table over so we can get that cake?"

Little Velus looked up at the bottom of the table, nose twitching. "You sure that's a good idea? Wouldn't you wreck the cake by knocking the table down? What if I jumped onto your back so I could get on top of the table and just pick it up?"

1. Fred's not listening. He knocks the table over. Eat-Me cake and Drink-Me potion splatter everywhere.
2. Velus climbs on Fred and retreives the food
3. Fred and Velus are distracted by something else
