Josh awoke with a start.
He scrambled to his feet. He recognized this room. The curving screen covering one whole wall, the raised platform in front of it, the free standing consoles, the other consoles built into the wall behind him... This was Star Trek: Voyager's, astrometrics lab. Basically, a future version of an Atlas. Quite naturally, other functions could be transfered to the consoles but it's main use was to track the way home and keep an eye on surrounding space. Josh really didn't know how he got here. There was some thought about a 2- D computer game and what not... Josh looked at himself in a shiny part of the console. He was himself and wearing a typical Starfleet uniform. It had gold shoulders, so he was either a security person or an engineer. Neither which boded good on Voyager. Many of each had died. Just then the doors opened and a person entered. What is the next thing that happened?
