  4. The ring IS sneezing and coughing. Belboz gave him a defective ring!
  5. The ring encourages Fred to burn things.
  6. The ring is Josh Burbank, transformed. He encourages Fred to eat a lot of cheese, pick his nose and punch Scott Chen in the throat.
