Fred, extremely traumatized by the whole experience, has completely forgotten about her surroundings. The women on the beach are running, screaming, from her. Fred is by now so high that if she were to look about her she could see nothing but the ocean around her. The ground beneath her is blocked. Suddenly, she is completely unaware of anything—and that, thankfully, includes any changes her body might be going through. She is basically a disembodied mind floating around the darkness. Before her, the most beautiful woman she's ever seen appears, wearing the most beautiful dress she's ever seen. "I am the very essence of womanhood," the woman says, "but you may refer to be as Essie. I'm not even going to tell you how big you got, but suffice it to say you broke a record. You crossed a line. If I had not intervened you may have never stopped, and I'm not sure how that would have ended." "Thank you," Fred tries to say in relief, but it's rather hard without a mouth.
