Fred takes credit for the old lady

Unfortunately the old lady had followed Fred. Right in the middle of the celebrations, in front of hundreds, the old lady accuses Fred of being a big fat liar. Which he was.
Fred feels the stares of hundreds of eyes. Nine-hundred and three, to be exact. (Old Steamy Joe had lost his left eye to an evil elf).
How does Fred handle the situation?

  1. Run.
  2. Laugh.
  3. Admit it.
  4. Kill the hag.
  5. Order Old Steamy Joe to kill the hag.
  6. Commit suicide.
