A secret door in the cave wall suddenly opened, and ten tall, muscular
men clad in green appeared. They all had small, green hats on their heads
and strange metal weapons in their hands. The leader stepped forward. "We're the Green Berets, and we're gonna help you kill that nasty Dragon!" he proclaimed. Fredwynna was shocked. After she had gotten over the worst shock, she started thinking: Would these strange men with their strange weapons really be of use? Or would they just be in the way as the battle began? "By the way, we know where the Dragon lives," the leader (whose name, by the way, was sargeant Sarandon) said.
