Introducing..... (Part 2)

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 13999

There are still others to introduce here!

Anina Thessamer- This is Queen Astra's weapon's trainer who she had developed close feelings for (and vice versa). Almost a mother/daughter relationship. But knowing her place, Anina was able to keep it from going too far. Later in her life as the Aqualarian equivalent of "Man at Arms" for the royal family, she was defeated and captured in battle. Duke Drederigo had her magically transformed into a "toy" of sorts....a plaything. She was magically altered into a hamadryad and her personality altered to something simple, passive, and compliant. Later, her personality and memories were restored, but she was forevermore a hamadryad. She now looked like a perfect version of herself as a young woman. Later, Queen Astra had her way and the startled Anina found herself adopted as the Astras mother (along with Anina 2). Touch beyond words, she gladly fell into the role and now the Astras have a mother (two actually).

Went to the place where Hammadryad Fred and Nymph Belboz arrived to help them adjust to their new location and new forms.

Belboz - A necromancer with a heart. Sort of. He's dead so his heart beat is kind of non-existent. But he means well. And he's the best ghostbuster in town. Currently on a quest to release those unfortunate souls still stuck in ghost status by cremating (with aid) each and every necropolis left over from coming of the Phage. It's a big job, but he's got plenty of time to do it....since he's a ghost himself.

He and his ghostly crew were the first to come across the new nymph and hamadryad when they were in dire need of host trees and helped in this regard.

It was the least he could do!

Hamadryad Fred - This is the Fred D'Honaire that encountered the Necromancer Belboz of his world within the Southern Caverns in his quest to slay the Dragon of the Southern Caverns. However, the dragon was only a ruse to get the king to send out his best man (Fred) to come out to the caverns. The ruse was created by Belboz for the mage needed Fred to help fulfill a prophecy to prevent a bunch of evil Amazons from sweeping the land. The prophecy said that in order to prevent this evil from befalling Allaria, the Great Kingdom, Fred must become a warrior lass and Belboz also a young girl in order to somehow infiltrate and topple the invasion before it really got underway. But due to the betrayal done by a disgruntled apprentice (Elaine), Belboz and Fred were first trapped and then got transformed them into what first only appeared to be more winsome and buxomy versions of the girls they'd become. It would prove later on that Fred was now a Hamadryad. This allowed more leeway in travel (a few hundred miles or such), but still this meant that Fred was still pretty much rooted to Terra Prime from that day forth upon her arrival! That is how it looks right now, anyway.

Unlike the others, this Fred did not get teleported via a Transform Door. Instead, Elaine teleported he and Belboz to Terra Prime directly! The reason why will be revealed later.

Belboz - This is the Belboz that "Amazonian" Fred met within the Southern Caverns and transformed him into a lass of 15. Tricked by his treacherous pupil, Elaine, he was himself transformed into a girl WITHOUT a trace of magical power (his spell to transform into a lass with magical might was superceded by Elaine). Transformed first into a girl without an ounce of magic to her name, then into a nymph (a beautiful creature that can not go beyond a dozen steps beyond her host tree without fading and dying). Teleported to Terra Prime, it appears that she's in a smaller "cage" than Fred.

The Freds and others look about at each other, with a look of wonder on their faces. Well, all but the ones native to Terra Prime. Parallel worlds and analogs are pretty much an everyday thing for them, after all.

  1. "But what we do ‘bout them?" Fre' asks, pointing a hairy finger at the still slumbering evil Amazons and their queen.
