Fred continued to be bewildered by the nonsensical things he - she - was saying as soon as they were out of his - her mouth, but they felt the most natural thing in the world in the moment. Belboz smiled, looking tremendously pleased by her words, and she was pleased in turn that she had said something her uncle so approved of. "Well, if that is your wish, he said, and waved his hand. Hannah - er, Fred? blinked as a swirl of magic overtook her vision entirely, and as it readjusted she found herself walking through a parted congregation, her brand new red dress having been transformed into an enormous wide wedding gown. Her hair was piled atop her head and graced with a cathedral length veil. She tripped a bit, but was righted by the man leading her along, who she persently realized was none other than her dear uncle himself. She cast her eyes up, and saw standing at the front of the room a muscle-bound giant of a man who could only be Iddiott the Fool himself. At once she melted at how strong and handsome he was, and how very much her uncle must love her to match her with such a man. But... but something still niggled at her mind. Why did she think - was... Belboz wasn't her uncle, was he? Well, he hadn't been, but now he was. Plain as that! But did that make any sense...? "Uncle," she whispered to him, not sure what question to ask, but he held her close to him and said quietly, "Hannah, remember: this is the best day of your life." And all at once, she realized that it was, and all worries flew from her mind. She was wed that day, and went home with Iddiott. She didn't know the first thing about him, but she was overwhelmingly excited to be his wife. In fact she ahd not the time or brainspace to think of much else but him. But she did learn one important fact rather quickly, which was what he did for a living:
