The cannibalistic neocampan ran into Ensign Deadmeat (the twin brother of
Ensign Deadbeat, who lay unconscious in B'Elanna Torres' sonic shower) and
shoved the poor red-clad ensign into the nearest wall, shattering his
cranium, a shoulder-blade and two upper vertebrae. Suffice it to say, the
neocampan immediately began to consume the fresh greymatter that was
profusely oozing out of the now-dead red-shirt's skull.
"Stop that this moment!" yelled Tuvok. "You are a neocampan, and you are a cannibal. By definition, as studied and meditated upon by the Vulcan Linguistic Society and transcripted into the Vulcan Omnipaediea of Galactic Consequence by the same-said Society, a cannibal is any being that feeds on the flesh of its own species. Ensign Deadmeat is definitely NOT neocampan! So stop eating him this moment!" The cannibalistic neocampan paid no attention to the logic spewing forth from the Vulcan and continued to eat lunch. Meanwhile B'Elanna Torres had quickly put on a uniform and Tom Paris had quickly jumped into the mini-wormhole hoping that she had not. Seska still lay on the floor in the corridor in a semi-drugged stupor. Chakotay and the Captain were momentarily stunned by the fury that raged in their Vulcan friend at the illogic of the entire situation. And Ensign Deadbeat lay in Torres' sonic shower and moaned in the unconscious realization of great pain.
Watching the whole thing on his computer monitor was Josh who couldn't believe what a wierd cd-rom game the people at Simon & Schuster Interactive in partnership with Extend-a-Story, Inc. had put out. He looked at the options at the bottom of the screen and chose one.
