Fred decided that it would probably not be a good idea to go toward the
crackle of fire, as there would probably be people clustered around the
fire. He moved toward the wind. There was no one in the corridor. It seemed as if no one had come here in a long, long time. Fred could hear the faint sound of wind chimes nearby. Fred walked towards the wind chimes. Eventually, Fred came to a bronze door, from which the sound of the wind chimes was coming. He opened it. On the other side, there was a wonderous sight. It was a forest, very beautiful and serene. A large tree towered over all the others, and it was from that tree that the sound of the wind chimes was coming. The sound was calming. Fred felt all his tensions, fears, and worries slip away. His frustration at being lost, his sadness over the woman who had kissed him [1657], all left. Fred suddenly felt tired. He wanted to sleep. He walked over to the foot of the large tree. Yawning loudly, he lay down on the ground.
